This delightful modern detached villa is located in front of the sea facing on to a natural beach in a quiet cul-de-sac having superb views towards Puerto Pollensa and across the bay to Bonaire.
The centre of Alcudia old town or Puerto Pollensa is just a few minutes' drive away, with local shops and restaurants nearby.

Lounge/Dining Area
The lounge/dining area is located on the 1st floor, the lounge area includes 2 sofas, coffee table, Satellite TV and DVD player, music system and double doors leading onto the balcony which offers beautiful views of the Sea.
Kitchen
The 1st fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob with an extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and doors leading onto the balcony.
The 2nd kitchen comes equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob with an extractor fan, microwave, kettle and doors leading onto the Patio area.
There is also a toaster and washing machine in one of the kitchens.
Bedroom(s)
The 1st double Bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobes and double doors leading out onto the patio area.
The 2nd double bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, built-n wardrobes, and double doors that you can open with a metal railing to get some fresh air into the room.
One of the double bedrooms also has an En-Suite bathroom.
The 1st twin bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside table and lamp at one end, built-in wardrobes and double doors leading onto the patio area.
The 2nd and 3rd twin bedrooms have 2 single beds with a bedside table and lamp in between and built-in wardrobes. One of these twin rooms also has an armchair in the corner.
The 4th twin bedroom has 2 single beds pushed up together and built-in wardrobes.

There are 2 full shared modern bathrooms, both include a bath, W.C, sink units and wall mirrors.
There is also an En-Suite bathroom which is accessed via the Master Bedroom.
Outside
Outside from the ground floor areas, there is a spacious covered terrace that leads to the enclosed gardens.
There is a private pool to the one side of the villa, which has Roman steps for safe, easy access.
Patio furniture and a portable BBQ are provided to enjoy along with the wonderful views. In addition, sun beds and a parasol are available to take in the sun.
The villa offers wonderful Sea, Mountain and Countryside views.
There is parking off road as well as parking outside the house in the quiet.
Standard rental period is 7 days with the changeover day on Saturday.
